Llanyrafon Manor wins CLAW Award
Llanyrafon Manor is one of very few historic buildings in Cwmbran, south Wales. Mann Williams worked with Austin-Smith:Lord architects on the £1.6m restoration for Torfaen County Borough Council.
The project, converting the listed 17th century building to a rural heritage centre, has won the CLAW Commendation for 2013. CLAW is the Consortium of Local Authorities in Wales; all local authority led projects in Wales are eligible.
In the client's words; As you know we had a good team on the project and I know it was a tremendous 'team' effort that achieved this result.
