Neil LancasterDirector Bsc (Hons), CEng MICE
Neil joined Mann Williams almost twenty years ago, having previously worked at Alan Baxter and Associates in London. He has specialist survey, condition assessment and remedial design experience in the repair and alteration of many types of structure, both historic and modern.
Several of Neil’s projects have involved the insertion of new structures within a historic environment – a challenge that requires a clear understanding of how the existing structure is working.
Well acquainted with the diverse technical and aesthetic problems associated with sympathetic repair and refurbishment, he is used to working in close liaison with bodies such as Historic England.
Neil also has broad experience of new build construction, particularly projects that require close liaison with the architect to produce crisp, contemporary, integrated design.
